I made this in Photoshop CS5, it took approximately 3:30 hours.
The trees were made as vectors, I thought it would bring more contrast with the background and put some sort of fantasy and... variety to the drawing, some sort of strange, yet inappropriate quirkiness considering the concept of this drawing.
